FIGHT THE HOA

  • Stop the constant harassment from the Winsor Meadows at Westridge Home Owners Association.

  • Stop the flood of letters and notices coming in the mail.

  • Stop their agents from driving around the neighborhood and taking pictures of our homes.

  • Stop the unfair fines.

The Winsor Meadows HOA is holding an online meeting of the Board of Directors tonight (August 4, 2026) at 7 pm. Log on here:

Meeting ID: 225 817 132 409 03
Passcode: hT3BM3Cy

Join tonight so we can begin to voice our anger about the behavior of the HOA officials and their foot soldiers at Assured Management, Inc.

The HOA is harrassing homeowners and issuing fines for lawns that are withering in the Texas summer heat, but they can't even maintain the grass on the HOA common property. They insist that we spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars laying new sod (not to mention the water bills) that likely won't last through the oppressive heat. The HOA is also wasting untold amounts of money on new sod that is already dying on their property.

Examples of "HOA maintained" property:

Dry patchy yard with brown grass and a paved walkway on the right side, bordered by green grass and a wooden fence on the left.
Sidewalk along a grassy area with patches of dirt and a few small plants, trees casting shadows on the ground, and a wooden fence in the background.
Tree roots protruding from the ground alongside a concrete sidewalk with patches of grass and weeds.

Meanwhile, this house is being fined for a yard that looks like this (picture taken by HOA):

A residential front yard with a tree, bushes, a sidewalk, and a garage. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway and a shadow on the street.

We must begin to fight back and demand that the HOA stop threatening and fining our residents.
